The Capsrow Portal connects buyers and suppliers on a single platform: order status, live tank levels, delivery tracking, and chain-of-custody documentation, all available without having to ask for it. It replaces phone calls and informal confirmations with a record the buyer can rely on and audit.
Consumption measured continuously.
Tank-level telemetry at client sites feeds consumption data directly into our supply scheduling. Levels are monitored remotely and replenishment is triggered as a tank approaches its agreed threshold, so a delivery is already scheduled before anyone on site needs to check a gauge.
Forecasting, routing, and document checks.
We apply AI in three places: forecasting consumption against seasonal and operational patterns, optimising delivery routing for last-mile sites, and checking documentation for completeness before dispatch. Physical verification remains a separate, manual step.
A documented trail from source to delivery.
Every consignment carries refinery batch references, terminal loading records, and certificates of quality, captured and retained systematically. The complete trail is available for every delivery, on every account, without a request.
